FOR RISING PERFORMERS Grades K-12 and BEYOND!
Rice Performing Arts Camp is an organization creating opportunities to train, create, and perform. We offer musical theatre experiences for children and adults! It is our purpose to enhance the artistic, individual, and social development of the community through the performing arts. It is our mission to encourage individual development and community interconnectedness through performing arts education and theatrical productions. Our Vision: The Next Act for Rice P.A.C.
At Rice Performing Arts Camp (Rice PAC), our foundation is rooted in providing elite training and dynamic performance opportunities for the communities we serve. As we grow, our vision expands. We are building a multi-layered ecosystem designed to elevate local talent and serve as a permanent cultural anchor.
Our roadmap is structured in three distinct phases:
Phase 1: Rice Performing Arts Camp (The Foundation)
What it is: Our active core initiative. We provide accessible, high-caliber training and foundational stage opportunities for local youth and emerging artists, cultivating the next generation of performers.
Phase 2: Rice Performing Arts Company (The Production)
What it is: Our next immediate horizon. We will transition into a professional, non-profit theatrical production company. This phase expands our reach to produce large-scale, professional-grade theatrical productions that create jobs for local artists and bring world-class theater to our community.
Phase 3: Rice Performing Arts Center (The Destination)
What it is: Our ultimate destination. A state-of-the-art performing arts hub explicitly built to generate, nurture, and present diverse performance arts. This physical center will serve as a creative home for artists, an educational space for the public, and a premier venue for community gathering.
