Programming Dates

Daily Programming Times

What are the official times for daily programming? Times must include 4 consecutive hours between 9am and 5pm. Please EXCLUDE Show Day.

Rehearsal Space Address and Description

- Please provide an address for the rehearsal space. - Please be aware there must be at least 2 separate spaces available where the cast can be split in half for rehearsals.

Cast Party

I am aware that I am responsible for hosting a cast party in celebration of the cast and will provide all food, drinks, decorum, and space for this to take place 2.5 hours prior to the show.

Show Venue Address and Time

- Is the Show venue address different from the rehearsal space? Please specify if so. - What is the official time of the show on show day? - Please be aware that the cast and any tech should be called 2.5 hours prior to show time for a cast party and final run-through.

Digital Promotional Pack

Will you request a digital promotion pack? If you select, yes, an email will be sent to you to gather the necessary information needed to create one for your organization.

Housing

Housing that is simply CLEAN and PRIVATE with one bed for a married couple should be provided for our teaching artists for one day prior to the start of programming through one day post Show Day. Please provide the address and any other details or instructions needed for housing.

Registrants

- How many registrants do you currently have? (Must not exceed 30) - If you are expecting additional, when is the cut off date for registration? - Please be aware that this information cannot be changed or updated after one month prior to the start of programming.

Registrant List

Please provide the most updated and accurate list of registrants, including: - Names - Ages - T-Shirt Sizes (Specify Youth or Adult) - Accommodations Specified (by parent)

Volunteers

- How many volunteers will be present daily? - Volunteers are needed to administrate and facilitate ALL non-performance duties and activities. - There should be at least one (1) volunteer age 15 or older present for every ten (10) children at all times.

Covid Restrictions and Guidelines
